Our specifications live in PDFs, not on the website. Does that work?
Yes — upload them. PDFs, DOCX, spreadsheets exported as CSV and plain text all become part of the twin's knowledge, and every answer cites the source document.
We don't want to publish prices. Can the twin still be useful?
Yes. You control what goes into the knowledge base. Most suppliers publish capabilities and certifications, keep pricing out, and let the twin collect the enquiry so a human can quote.
Will it promise a delivery date we can't hold?
No. By default the twin is not authorised to make binding commitments: it presents figures and timelines as indicative and defers to your team for written confirmation. Binding statements have to be explicitly enabled by the owner.
How long does setup take?
