Can it give legal or tax advice?
It shouldn't, and by default it won't: it answers from your published material, states clearly when something needs a professional assessment, and hands over. You set the refusal boundaries explicitly.
Is client data safe?
Your knowledge base is isolated per company and hosted in the European Union (Ireland), covered by the GDPR and the Swiss FADP, with a DPA available. Only put material in the knowledge base that you're comfortable publishing to prospects.
Can we prove what the twin told a prospect?
Yes. Every answer is logged with its timestamp, sources and commitment level, and the whole register can be exported.
