Questions we get asked
We're a sole proprietorship without a commercial register entry. Can we still verify?
Yes. Verification is based on proving you own your domain. The register number and VAT number are optional — a sole proprietorship in Switzerland only has to register above CHF 100'000 turnover.
We don't have much of a website.
Then upload what you have — a price list, a services PDF, or simply paste your text in. The twin works from whatever you give it, and tells you what it's missing.
Can it quote binding prices?
Not unless you explicitly allow it. By default it gives indicative figures and says the final price is confirmed after a site visit.
