Reality Twin workspaces are built for teams. Invite colleagues, share ownership of your AI Twin, review conversations together, and split responsibility between marketing, sales and operations with role-based access control.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite teammate and enter their work email.
  3. Select a role (Admin, Editor or Viewer).
  4. Optional: attach a personal note that appears in the invitation email.
  5. Send. They receive a signup link valid for 7 days.

Roles and permissions

Admin

Full access. Manages billing, team members, integrations, security settings and workspace deletion. There must be at least one Admin per workspace.

Editor

Can edit knowledge sources, personality, boundaries, integrations and the marketplace profile. Cannot manage billing or team.

Viewer

Read-only access to conversations, leads and analytics. Ideal for stakeholders, execs, or external agencies who need visibility without edit rights.

Security requirements

  • MFA is required for all operator accounts. First sign-in prompts for TOTP setup.
  • Google Workspace sign-in inherits your Workspace 2SV.
  • Enterprise plans support SAML SSO with the identity provider of your choice (Okta, Azure AD, Google, JumpCloud).
  • SCIM 2.0 provisioning is available on Enterprise for automated onboarding and off-boarding.

Removing a teammate

Settings → Team → the row → Remove. Their sessions are invalidated within 60 seconds; API keys they created are revoked; conversations they handled remain in the workspace with their name preserved for audit history.

Multiple workspaces

Each Reality Twin account can belong to any number of workspaces. Switch from the top-left workspace picker. Common patterns:

  • One workspace per legal entity or brand.
  • Separate production and staging workspaces to try changes safely.
  • Agencies: one workspace per client, invited from the agency's parent account.

Best practices

  • Use group email addresses for Admins (admin@ or ops@) so no single person is a lock-out risk.
  • Grant Viewer, not Editor, to execs who only need dashboards.
  • Rotate teammates off the workspace when they change roles internally.
  • Turn on SSO + SCIM as soon as your team hits 10 people — it removes manual off-boarding.

Frequently asked questions

How many teammates can I invite?

Free plans include 2 seats. Starter includes 5, Pro includes 20. Enterprise is unlimited. Additional seats are available on Starter and Pro at a per-seat price shown on the pricing page.

Can teammates have different access to different twins?

Yes on Pro and above. Per-twin roles override workspace roles.

Does removing a teammate delete their conversations?

No. Conversations belong to the workspace; only the person's access is removed.

Can external contractors join without a full seat?

Yes — invite them as a Viewer, which is included in all paid plans.
