Sign a DPA (Data Processing Addendum) with Reality Twin

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) formalises Reality Twin's role as your processor under GDPR and Swiss FADP. Signing one is a standard step for any B2B customer subject to privacy law.

How to request one

1. Email hello@realitytwin.io with your legal entity name, registered address and the signer's details.
2. We reply with our standard DPA as a PDF within one business day.
3. You return a signed copy; we countersign and send back within one business day of receipt.

The entire round-trip is typically under two business days.

What the DPA covers

• Roles (you as controller, us as processor).
• Purposes and duration of processing.
• Technical and organisational security measures.
• Sub-processor list and notification of changes.
• International data transfers (SCCs).
• Data-subject request assistance.
• Breach notification timelines.
• Return or deletion at the end of the relationship.

The current sub-processor list is on /dpa. Signatories are notified by email at least 30 days before any change; you can object.

Custom clauses

For most Starter and Pro customers, our standard DPA is the fastest path. Enterprise customers can request specific clauses (audit rights, additional notice periods, specific regions) — turnaround increases to 5–10 business days for redlines.
