Reality Twin billing is designed to be low-drama. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are self-serve from Settings → Billing. Your data stays yours, exportable for 30 days after cancellation.

Upgrade

  1. Settings → Billing → Change plan.
  2. Pick the new plan and confirm.
  3. You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period.
  4. New limits and features are active immediately.

Downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you've paid for. If your usage currently exceeds the lower plan's limits, we warn you before the switch — you can either bring usage down first or reconsider.

Cancel

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

  • Your twin keeps running until the end of the current period.
  • After period end, the workspace switches to read-only.
  • Data stays available for export for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, the workspace and all data are permanently deleted.

Reactivate a cancelled workspace

Within the 30-day export window, click Reactivate from the dashboard banner. Everything resumes exactly as it was — knowledge, personality, conversations, integrations.

Invoices and receipts

Every invoice is available under Settings → Billing → Invoices. Add a company name, VAT number and billing email under Settings → Billing → Company details — future invoices use those automatically.
